English Korea.

It's very amazing happening that korean pre-government organizing board said that they will make an only-english class in Korean's highschool.
(I don't know it's exact name. Is there anybody can let me know the name? And I'll write this name in KGOB.)
Is it POSSIBLE? Hah? Think about it. Most Korean highschool students can't describe their opinion in English. The situation of Japan's highschool is same. Nobody can make correct english exept English and West continent's people.
In this situation, KGOB didn't change their mind. If these things are realized, there will be made a chaos in Korean highschool.
